Greg Winter, president and research director of Cornerstone Strategies, Inc., specializes in community development planning, quantitative and qualitative social science and evaluation research.

Recent projects include community, health, and housing needs assessments in Pacific Northwest communities, and studies of natural resource public policy in Michigan, California, Florida, and Missouri. He employs multiple research and planning techniques tailored to project objectives. These often include key informant and focus group interviews, qualitative and quantitative surveys, and secondary data analysis to assess baseline conditions and to evaluate project outcomes.

Greg's work supports agency decisions, planning, grant applications and compliance requirements. His work has been published and presented in peer-reviewed national and international journals and conferences. He holds a Master of Science degree in resource economics from Michigan State University.
